Geodetic Surveyor & Engineering Surveyor (Construction) Location: Sydney, NSW

GEODETIC SURVEYOR
We are seeking an experienced Geodetic Surveyor to support control networks, deformation monitoring, and high-precision survey solutions across major infrastructure and construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Establishment and adjustment of primary and secondary control networks
- GNSS observations and processing (Static & RTK)
- Least squares adjustments and network analysis
- Monitoring surveys and reporting
- Data management and QA compliance
- Liaising with project managers, engineers, and clients
- Experience in 12D software
Requirements
- Degree in Surveying or Geospatial Science
- Proven experience in geodetic control and network adjustments
- Strong understanding of Australian datums and coordinate systems
- Experience on infrastructure or transport projects preferred
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Strong reporting and communication skills
ENGINEERING SURVEYOR
We are looking for an experienced Engineering Surveyor with strong construction experience to support civil, structural, and infrastructure projects across Sydney.
Key Responsibilities
- Set out for roads, bridges, utilities, structures and greenfield subdivisions
- Machine control models and verification
- As-constructed surveys and reporting
- Liaising with site supervisors and project engineers
- Ensuring compliance with project specifications and QA requirements
- Maintaining safety standards on active construction sites
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Surveying
- Minimum 3+ years’ construction survey experience
- Strong knowledge of civil and infrastructure set-out
- Experience in 12D software
- Construction White Card (essential)

BCE is a national surveying consultancy specialising in:

Key Responsibilities
- Civil, road, and infrastructure projects
- Construction set-out and as-constructed surveys
- Machine control and earthworks surveys
- Data processing and QA compliance
- Liaising with project engineers and contractor
Requirements - Degree or Diploma in Surveying (or equivalent)
- Construction surveying experience
- Experience with Magnet, 12 D or similar software
- Strong understanding of survey workflows and QA systems
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
LICENSED SURVEYOR
We are looking for an experienced Licensed Surveyor to lead and deliver licensed surveying services supporting land development and property projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Boundary re-establishments and cadastral surveys
- Subdivisions, strata and titling surveys
- Survey certification and statutory compliance
- Client liaison and project management
Requirements
- Licensed Surveyor (WA) or eligibility
- Strong cadastral and land development experience
- Knowledge of WA planning and land titling processes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
