LICENSED SURVEYOR – BUNBURY OR PERTH

With an increasing portfolio of projects within our Land Development team, BCE Surveying is now seeking a suitably qualified Licensed Surveyor to join a dynamic team in our Bunbury office.

  • A minimum of 3+ years as a Licensed Surveyor is required.
  • Excellent opportunity for a Licensed Surveyor to further their career with a growing national company.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in Cadastral Surveying.
  • Experience in the following software but not essential.
    • Magnet
    • Liscad
    • AutoCAD
  • High level of integrity, discretion, confidentiality and attention to detail.
  • Sound time management skills.
  • Current Australian drivers licence.
  • Current Practising Certificate.

SENIOR UNDERGROUND LOCATER – PERTH

Reporting to our WA State Manager, you will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

  • Planning and organising new work whilst maximising opportunities with existing clients
  • Preparation of detailed underground services plots

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • DBYD/Certloc certified locator certification
  • At least 5 year’s experience locating services in rural and metropolitan areas
  • Able to read and interpret DBYD plans and onsite visual cues to locate services
  • Proficient in the use of electronic service locators (EMI & GPR)
  • Excellent understanding of underground utility networks
  • Ability to locate services and draw detailed plans reflecting services onsite
  • Assist with job quotations and tenders
  • Previous experience within civil industries essential, Water, Telstra, ATCO Gas
  • Well presented with a high level of communication skills
  • MRWA experience is desirable

SURVEY MANAGER – PERTH

Having recently re-structured operations, BCE Surveying is now seeking an experienced Licensed or Engineering Surveyor to join a dynamic management team as the Survey Manager for our Perth office. This position is for the overall management of projects in the Metropolitan region as well as building relationships with current and future clients.

Reporting to our Managing Director, you will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

  • Drive a positive safety culture throughout your team.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients ensuring repeat and ongoing business.
  • Help source, develop and maintain a team of innovative & motivated surveying professionals.
  • Business development.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 7+ years experience.
  • Experience in all aspects of Engineering Surveying.
  • Experience in the software: Civilcad/Magnet, TBC, Business Centre HCE, AutoCAD & Civil 3D.
  • Demonstrated experience with Topon, Trimble & Leica machine guidance equipment.
  • Sound time management skills.
  • Current Australian Drivers Licence.
  • Minimum Degree or Diploma of Surveying.
